Cream Cheese Pound Cake - cooking recipe

1 1/2 c. oleo (3 sticks)
3 c. sugar
1 1/2 tsp. vanilla
1/4 tsp. salt
1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
6 eggs
3 c. all-purpose flour
Preparation

Preheat
oven
to
325\u00b0.
Grease
and
flour
tube pan. Blend together
oleo
and cream cheese; add sugar, blend until fluffy. Add
eggs, one at a time, blending well.
Add vanilla. Blend in flour
and
salt.
Pour batter into prepared pan and bake 1 hour and 15 minutes.
Cool and dust with powdered sugar if desired.
