Rice Pudding - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    5 c. milk
    5 eggs
    1 c. sugar
    1/2 c. rice
    1 tsp. vanilla
Preparation
    Wash the rice about 3 times in cold water.
    Put the milk in the pan; add rice and cook long and slow (about 30 minutes).
    Mix eggs, sugar and vanilla.
    Mix well.
    Add to rice and milk very slowly, mixing the milk mixture as you pour in the egg mixture. Bring to a boil again.
    Sprinkle with cinnamon and refrigerate.
