Mashed Potato Casserole(Serves 6 To 8) - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 to 4 large potatoes
1/3 c. sour cream
1 tsp. salt
dash of pepper
1/4 c. margarine
1/4 c. milk or enough to desired consistency
1/8 tsp. dill weed or seed
2 tsp. chives, chopped
1 c. chopped broccoli (one 10 oz. box frozen, cooked and drained)
1/2 c. grated cheese
Preparation

Cook and mash potatoes.
Add sour cream, salt, pepper, margarine and milk.
Beat until fluffy.
Add dill weed or seed, chives and broccoli.
Place in greased casserole and top with cheese.
Bake at 400\u00b0 for 20 to 30 minutes.
Can be made a day or two ahead and refrigerated.
