Marinated Mushrooms - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. fresh mushroom buttons (small)
    3/4 c. salad oil
    1/3 c. red wine vinegar
    2 Tbsp. lemon juice
    3 tsp. chopped chives
    1 tsp. tarragon
    1 small clove garlic, chopped
    1 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. sugar
Preparation
    Mix all ingredients in a deep dish or jar so liquid will cover mushrooms.
    Chill overnight.
    Drain and serve.
