Sausage Balls - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. hot sausage
    1 lb. mild or sharp Cheddar cheese, grated
    3 c. Bisquick
Preparation
    Let sausage and cheese get to room temperature.
    Mix all ingredients well.
    Make into balls the size of a quarter.
    Bake at 375\u00b0 for approximately 15 minutes or until golden brown.
