Ingredients

2 egg whites (at room temperature)
1/2 tsp. vanilla
1/4 tsp. cream of tartar
dash of salt
1/3 c. plus 1 1/2 Tbsp. sugar
1 1/2 Tbsp. cocoa
1 pkg. Dream Whip, prepared
4 Tbsp. nonfat hot fudge
2 oz. nonfat cream cheese
Preparation

Mix first 4 ingredients and beat to soft peaks.
Gradually add sugar and cocoa.
Beat to stiff peaks.
Make 10 big round cookie \"shells\" on a cookie sheet using the egg white mixture.
Bake at 250\u00b0 for 40 minutes.
Cool.
Spread 1 tablespoon Dream Whip on each cookie.
Mix rest of Dream Whip with fudge and cream cheese. Spread 2 1/2 tablespoons of chocolate mixture on each cookie. Refrigerate.
