Red Beans And Rice - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. Cajun sausage, sliced
    1 medium onion, chopped
    1 bell pepper, chopped
    1 (15 oz.) can tomato sauce
    1 (16 oz.) can red beans
Preparation
    Saute onion, bell pepper and sausage in a large skillet.
    Add beans and tomato sauce.
    Cook on low, until it thickens, for about 45 minutes.
    Serve with your favorite rice and cornbread, cooked according to package directions.
