Cheese Grits - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 c. water
    1 tsp. salt
    1 c. grits
    1 stick butter
    1 roll garlic cheese, Kraft
    2 beaten eggs plus milk to make 1 cup
Preparation
    Add grits slowly to boiling water and salt.
    Cook while stirring till thick.
    Remove from heat, add butter and cheese sliced in pieces and stir into grits.
    Cool slightly and add egg-milk mixture.
    Pour in casserole dish.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 45 mins. to 1 hr. till firm.
