Lemon Pie(Old Family Recipe) - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1 c. sugar
3 Tbsp. lemon juice
rind of 2 lemons
2 heaping Tbsp. flour
1 1/2 c. water
3 egg yolks

Preparation

Mix flour and sugar together.
Beat egg yolks.
Mix all together and cook over boiling water until thick.
Put in baked pie shell.
