Hush Puppies - cooking recipe

Ingredients

2 c. corn meal
1 tsp. flour
1/2 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. baking powder
3 Tbsp. onion
1 egg
1 c. buttermilk

Preparation

Mix dry ingredients.
Add onion, egg and milk; mix well.
Drop by spoonful into deep fry; fry until golden brown.
Drain on paper towels.
