German Chocolate Upside-Down Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 1/2 c. chopped pecans
1 1/2 c. coconut
1 box German chocolate cake mix
8 oz. cream cheese, softened
2 sticks oleo, softened
2 1/2 c. powdered sugar
Preparation

Layer the bottom of 9 x 13-inch cake pan with the pecans and coconut.
Pan must be buttered.
Mix cake mix as directed on box and pour over pecans and coconut in pan.
Mix cream cheese, oleo and sugar together and pour over cake mix.
Bake 40 to 50 minutes at 350\u00b0.
