German Chocolate Cheesecake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/4 c. chocolate wafers or cracker crumbs (18)
    2 Tbsp. sugar
    3 Tbsp. margarine, melted
    2 (8 oz.) + 1 (3 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
    1 c. sugar
    1/4 c. cocoa
    2 tsp. vanilla
    3 eggs
Preparation
    Press evenly into ungreased pan first 3 ingredients.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 10 minutes.
    Beat cream cheese in 3-quart bowl.
    Add sugar and cocoa gradually.
    Beat in eggs, one at a time.
    Pour in vanilla.
    Pour into spring-form pan.
    Bake at 300\u00b0 until center is firm, about 1 hour.
    Cover and refrigerate for 3 hours.
    Prepare topping.
    Spread over cake; loosen sides and remove.
