Korean Chicken - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 c. soy sauce
3/4 c. sugar
pressed garlic to taste
salt and pepper to taste
3 to 4 scallions, finely minced
1 small bottle or box sesame seeds
crushed red pepper to taste
chicken drummettes
flour (for coating drummettes)
oil (for frying)
Preparation

Combine all ingredients, except chicken. Mix the night before; let sit out to allow sugar to dissolve. Needs to be at room temperature.
