Tortellini And Spinach Tomato Soup - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 Tbsp. butter or margarine
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 qt. chicken broth (4 c.)
9 oz. cheese tortellini
1/4 c. grated Parmesan cheese
salt and pepper to taste
14 1/2 oz. can stewed tomatoes, chopped
1/2 (10 oz.) bag spinach, stemmed and chopped
1 tsp. dried basil leaves
2 cans tomato soup
1 1/2 cans milk
4 c. canned tomato soup
1 c. consomme
1/4 tsp. soy sauce
1 egg, slightly beaten
Preparation
-
On top of stove, combine soup and consomme; bring to a boil. Add soy sauce.
Pour in egg and stir constantly for 2 minutes, until egg separates into shreds.
Pour and serve.
