Candied Sweet Potatoes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 medium sweet potatoes
    1 1/2 c. sugar
    1 Tbsp. flour
    1 1/2 c. water
    1/2 stick margarine
    1 tsp. vanilla
Preparation
    Peel potatoes; cut in slices 3/4-inch thick.
    Place in baking dish (single layer is best).
    Mix sugar and flour; spread over potatoes.
    Heat water and margarine.
    Add vanilla.
    Pour over sugar and potatoes.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 until potatoes are tender (about 20 to 30 minutes).
