Sauteed Shrimp And Mushrooms - cooking recipe
Ingredients

4 cloves garlic
1 1/2 sticks butter or margarine
2 lb. fresh mushrooms
1.5 lb. or larger jumbo shrimp, peeled and deveined
salt
pepper
Preparation

Slice mushrooms into 2 or 3 pieces each.
Melt butter in a large skillet; add mushrooms.
Cook on low heat or high simmer 30 minutes uncovered (until most of the water has cooked out).
Add garlic, salt and pepper.
Stir and add shrimp.
Cook covered 5 to 7 minutes, until shrimp are done.
Stir occasionally.
Serve over rice.
