Butter Muffins - cooking recipe

6 Tbsp. unsalted butter
6 Tbsp. shortening
1 c. sugar
2 eggs
1 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. nutmeg
1 c. milk
3 c. flour
4 tsp. baking powder
Preparation

Preheat oven to 350\u00b0.
Grease 12 (3-inch) muffin pan cups. Cream the butter, shortening and sugar together.
Beat in the eggs, salt and nutmeg.
Stir in the flour alternately with the milk until the mixture is just combined.
Fill the muffin cups full.
Bake for 20 to 25 minutes.
