Spicy Tomato Juice - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    15 lb. tomatoes (8 qt.)
    2 c. chopped celery
    3 large onions, chopped
    1/2 c. lemon juice
    1/4 c. sugar
    2 Tbsp. salt
    1 Tbsp. horseradish (or more)
    1 Tbsp. Worcestershire
    1/2 tsp. hot pepper sauce
Preparation
    Wash tomatoes.
    Remove cores and chop.
    Combine tomatoes, onions and celery and bring to a boil.
    Continue cooking and stirring for 20 minutes.
    Press through a food mill.
    Heat almost until boiling.
    Stir in other ingredients.
    Adjust seasonings to taste.
    Process in pints or quarts for 35 minutes.
    Makes 6 quarts.
