Dilly Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 pkg. dry yeast
1 c. cream-style cottage cheese
2 Tbsp. sugar
1 Tbsp. dried onion flakes
1 Tbsp. butter
2 tsp. dill seed
1 tsp. salt
1 egg
1/2 tsp. soda
2 1/4 to 2 1/2 c. flour
1 Tbsp. butter, softened
1 tsp. garlic salt (optional)
Preparation

Dissolve yeast in 1/4 cup warm water.
Heat cottage cheese to lukewarm.
Combine cottage cheese, next 7 ingredients and yeast in large bowl; mix well.
Add enough flour to make stiff dough.
Let rise, covered, in warm place for 1 hour or until double in bulk. Stir dough down.
