Scott'S Potato Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 lb. potatoes
    1 c. Italian dressing
    1 small onion, diced
    4 hard-boiled eggs, sliced
    1/4 tsp. cayenne pepper
    1 tsp. paprika
    mayonnaise to suit
Preparation
    Peel and slice boiled potatoes.
    Pour Italian dressing over potatoes and allow to sit 1 hour.
    Pour off excess dressing and add eggs, onion and spices.
    Add mayonnaise until desired consistency is obtained.
    Serve immediately or chilled.
