Potatoes Baked In Cheese Sauce - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 large potato, sliced
    3 Tbsp. butter
    4 Tbsp. grated cheese
    2 Tbsp. flour
    1 1/2 c. milk
    1 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. paprika
    1/2 tsp. catsup
    1 green pepper, chopped
Preparation
    Melt butter in a saucepan.
    Add flour and stir until smooth. Add catsup, paprika and salt.
    Add milk gradually; then add grated cheese.
    Cut raw or cooked potatoes in thin slices.
    Place alternate layer of potatoes and pepper in a baking dish.
    Cover with sauce and repeat until all is used.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 35 minutes.
    Serves 6.
