Lemon Chess Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. sugar
    1 Tbsp. flour
    1 Tbsp. cornmeal
    4 eggs
    1/4 c. melted butter
    1/4 c. milk
    2 to 4 Tbsp. grated lemon rind
    1/2 c. lemon juice
Preparation
    Combine sugar, flour and meal in a large bowl.
    Toss lightly with a fork.
    Add remaining ingredients; beat with rotary or electric mixer until smooth and thoroughly blended.
    Pour into unbaked 9-inch pie shell and bake for 35 to 40 minutes at 350\u00b0 or until top is golden brown.
