Chili - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 lb. ground beef
1 lb. stew beef
1 lb. sausage (roll)
1 lb. ground turkey
1 medium onion, chopped
1 medium bell pepper, chopped
1 clove garlic (1 Tbsp. powder)
16 oz. tomato sauce
15 oz. pinto beans
15 oz. kidney beans
15 oz. chili beans
2 bags Shelby's chili mix (use only chili powder)
Preparation

Smoke all meats, using oak and hickory.
When meat is almost done, in a large pot, combine all the ingredients (except the beans) and add a cup of water.
Simmer.
When meat is done, cut stew beef into small pieces and break the beef, sausage and turkey up.
Add to pot.
Continue to simmer for an hour.
Add beans and simmer for another hour.
