Crevettes Scampi - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 lb. large shrimp
    1/2 c. olive oil
    2 cloves garlic, minced
    2 Tbsp. chopped parsley
    1/2 tsp. dried oregano, crushed
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/8 tsp. red pepper flakes
    1 Tbsp. lemon juice
Preparation
    Shell and devein shrimp, leaving tail intact; arrange in single layer on bottom of broiler pan.
    Preheat broiler.
    In small saucepan, heat olive oil, garlic, parsley, oregano, salt and red pepper.
    Pour over shrimp; toss to coat.
    Broil 4 inches from source of heat for about 5 minutes.
    Sprinkle with lemon juice. Serves 6.
