Bread Pudding - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 king size loaf bread (stale)
    2 cans evaporated milk
    2 cans water
    1 1/2 c. sugar (more or less to taste)
    4 large eggs
    1/2 tsp. margarine
    1 tsp. vanilla
    3/4 c. raisins (soak in water first)
    nutmeg
    guava paste* (optional)
Preparation
    Soak bread in milk and water.
    Add sugar and eggs.
    Mix well. Add vanilla and raisins.
    Pour into greased 9 x 13-inch pan. Sprinkle nutmeg on top.
    Pat pieces of margarine over the pudding. Bake at 350\u00b0.
