Chow Chow - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 qt. small white onions
    1 qt. small cucumbers
    2 heads cauliflower
    3 green peppers
    3 red peppers
    4 medium green tomatoes
    1 qt. vinegar
    1 c. sugar
    1 Tbsp. turmeric
    1 Tbsp. flour
    5 Tbsp. dry mustard
    2 tsp. celery seed
Preparation
    Peel onions and cucumbers.
    If cucumbers are large, remove the seeds.
    Slice tomatoes thin.
    Chop onions, cucumbers and peppers small.
    Cut cauliflower into small pieces.
    Soak vegetables overnight in brine made of 1 cup salt to 1 quart water. Stir and mix well.
    Next day, drain well.
