Gaye'S Pepper Steak - cooking recipe
Ingredients

12 oz. boneless beef sirloin steak, cut 1/2 to 3/4-inch thick
1/2 c. water
2 Tbsp. soy sauce (low sodium)
1 Tbsp. cornstarch
1/2 tsp. instant beef granules
dash of pepper
1 clove garlic, minced
1 medium onion, cut into thin wedges
1 medium green pepper, cut into 1-inch pieces
2 medium tomatoes, cut into thin wedges
6 oz. fettuccine
Preparation

Trim fat from beef.
For sauce, mix together the water, soy sauce, cornstarch, bouillon granules and pepper.
Set the mixture aside.
Cook fettuccine according to package directions, except omit the cooking oil and salt.
Drain well.
