Baked Carrots - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. carrots
    1 long pkg. Ritz crackers
    1 stick butter
    8 oz. Velveeta cheese
Preparation
    Cut up carrots and cook until almost done.
    Melt butter with cheese.
    Put carrots in baking dish (approximately 8 x 11-inch). Pour melted cheese and butter over carrots.
    Crush the crackers and sprinkle over carrots.
    Bake at 350\u00b0, approximately 15 to 20 minutes, until cheese bubbles.
    Serve hot.
