Pumpkin Bread - cooking recipe

2 c. buttermilk pancake mix
3/4 c. brown sugar, packed
1 tsp. cinnamon
1/2 tsp. nutmeg
1/4 tsp. ginger
1/4 tsp. cloves
1 c. canned pumpkin
1/3 c. oil
1/4 c. milk
2 eggs
1/2 c. walnut bits
Preparation

In a large bowl, combine pancake mix, sugar, cinnamon, ginger, cloves, pumpkin, oil, milk and eggs.
Beat 3 minutes at medium speed.
Stir in walnuts and turn batter into greased 9 x 5-inch loaf pan.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 45 to 55 minutes or until toothpick inserted in center comes out clean.
Remove from pan and cool. Makes 1 loaf.
