Welsh Rabbit - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 Tbsp. butter
    1 1/2 Tbsp. flour
    1 1/2 c. milk
    1 c. grated American or nippy spreading cheese
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. dry mustard
    1/8 tsp. paprika
Preparation
    Melt butter, add flour and blend.
    Add milk and cook over low heat until thick, stirring constantly.
    Add cheese and stir over low heat until melted.
    Add seasonings.
    Serve over hot toast or crackers.
    Serves 6.
