Ingredients

1 1/2 c. butter
2 1/2 c. brown sugar, packed
4 Tbsp. milk
2 Tbsp. vanilla
2 eggs
3 1/2 c. flour
1 tsp. salt
1 1/2 tsp. baking soda
2 c. chocolate chips
2 c. pecans
Preparation

Cream first 4 ingredients.
Add eggs.
Mix flour, salt and soda; add gradually.
Blend well.
Stir in 2 cups each chips and pecans.
Bake at 375\u00b0 for 8 to 10 minutes for chewy, 11 to 13 minutes for crisp.
Makes 6 dozen (3-inch) cookies.
