Butterscotch Delight - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. flour
    1 stick butter
    1 c. nuts, chopped
    1 small carton Cool Whip
    8 oz. cream cheese
    1 c. powdered sugar
    2 boxes butterscotch pudding mix
    3 c. milk
    1 1/2 c. coconut
Preparation
    Make crust from first 3 ingredients.
    Mix and put in a 13 x 9-inch pan.
    Bake for 15 minutes.
    Cool well.
    Mix Cool Whip, cream cheese and powdered sugar together.
    Spread on crust.
    Mix pudding and milk, cook until thick.
    Let cool; pour over cream cheese mixture.
    Toast coconut, sprinkle over top and let chill.
