Chicken And Rice - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 c. water
1 envelope (from 2.6 oz. box) golden onion soup mix
8 skinned chicken thighs
1 c. white converted rice
10 oz. box frozen mixed vegetables
Preparation

Bring water to boil in a large, deep skillet.
Stir in 1 envelope golden onion soup mix and skinned chicken thighs.
Reduce heat.
Cover and simmer 10 minutes.
Stir in white converted rice and vegetables.
Cover again and cook 20 minutes or until rice is tender, the liquid is absorbed and the chicken is no longer pink near the bone.
Serves 4.
