Broccoli-Corn Bake - cooking recipe

1 Tbsp. instant minced onion
1 (16 oz.) can creamed corn
1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen chopped broccoli, cooked and drained
1 beaten egg
1/4 c. coarsely crushed crackers
2 Tbsp. melted butter
1/4 tsp. salt
dash of pepper
1/4 c. coarsely crushed crackers
1 Tbsp. melted butter
Preparation

Blend broccoli, corn, egg, 1/4 cup crumbs, onion, 2 tablespoons melted butter, salt and pepper.
Turn into 1-quart casserole; top with 1/4 cup crumbs mixed with 1 tablespoon melted butter.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour and 10 minutes.
