Sour Cream Apple Pie - cooking recipe

2 eggs
1 c. (8 oz.) sour cream
1 c. sugar
6 Tbsp. all-purpose flour, divided
1 tsp. vanilla extract
1/4 tsp. salt
3 c. chopped peeled cooking apples
1 unbaked pie shell (9 inches)
3 Tbsp. butter or margarine, melted
1/4 c. packed brown sugar
Preparation

In a large bowl, beat eggs; add sour cream.
Stir in sugar, 2 tablespoons flour, vanilla and salt; mix well.
Stir in apples. Pour into pie shell.
Bake at 375\u00b0
for 15 minutes.
