1 c. self-rising flour
1 1/2 c. chopped pecans
1/2 c. butter, melted
1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
1 (6 oz.) pkg. frozen coconut
1 c. powdered sugar
1 c. whipped cream
1/4 c. sugar
1 large vanilla instant pudding
2 c. milk
Preparation

In small bowl, mix flour, melted butter and 1 cup chopped pecans. Press into a 2-quart dish or 10-inch pie pan and bake at 350\u00b0 for 20 minutes. Cool. Place 1/2 cup chopped nuts in shallow pan and bake in oven with pastry until slightly browned.
