Pumpkin Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 eggs, slightly beaten
    3/4 c. sugar
    1/2 tsp. ginger
    1 tsp. cinnamon
    1 (9-inch) unbaked pie shell
    1 can pumpkin
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. cloves
    1 1/2 c. evaporated milk
Preparation
    Mix filling ingredients in order given.
    Pour into unbaked pie shell.
    Bake in preheated 425\u00b0 oven for 15 minutes.
    Reduce temperature to 350\u00b0 and continue baking for 45 minutes until knife inserted in center of pie filling comes out clean.
    Cool. Garnish with whipped cream.
    Makes one 9-inch pie or two smaller ones.
