Dutch Pot Roast - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 lb. stewing beef, cut up
1/4 c. flour
1 c. hot water
1 c. stewed tomatoes
1/2 onion, chopped
1 green pepper, chopped
1 c. carrot, chopped
1/2 c. celery, chopped
1 Tbsp. salt
Preparation
-
Dredge beef in flour and brown in Dutch oven.
Add remaining ingredients and cook slowly on low heat for about 3 hours. Thicken gravy if necessary.
