Chocolate Chip Cheesecake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened
    3/4 c. sugar
    1 tsp. vanilla
    2 rolls refrigerator chocolate chip cookie dough
    3 eggs
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 350\u00b0.
    In a large bowl, beat together the cream cheese, eggs, sugar and vanilla until well blended; set aside.
    Slice cookie dough rolls into 1/3-inch slices.
    Arrange slices from 1 roll over bottom of greased 9 x 13-inch baking dish. Press together so no holes are left in dough.
    Spoon cream cheese mixture evenly over dough; top with remaining roll of dough, sliced.
    Bake 45 to 50 minutes until golden brown and center is slightly firm.
    Cool, then refrigerate.
    Cut into bars. May serve with chocolate sauce, fudge or Cool Whip.
