Fish Chowder - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. fish
    4 medium potatoes
    1/2 c. celery leaves
    1 bay leaf
    2 1/2 tsp. salt
    1 garlic clove
    3 onions, sliced
    1/4 c. butter
    1/4 tsp. white pepper
    1/2 c. wine (white)
    1 fish bouillon cube
    2 c. boiling water
    2 c. light cream
Preparation
    Cut skinned and boned fish into 1 1/2 to 2-inch pieces.
    Then peel and slice potatoes into 1/2-inch pieces.
    Crush the garlic clove.
