Milkless Potato Soup - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 Irish potatoes
    1 large Tbsp. butter
    1 scant Tbsp. flour
    2 yolks of eggs
    celery, parsley, onion juice and thyme
    6 c. water
Preparation
    Boil the potatoes and process them through a colander, then mash them thoroughly.
    Add 6 cups of water.
    Brown the flour in the butter and add the potatoes and water with the chopped celery, parsley, thyme, salt and white pepper.
    Beat in two egg yolks just before serving.
    You will never miss the cow.
