Lasagna - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 Tbsp. oil
    2 minced garlic cloves
    2 lb. ground beef
    2 medium onions, chopped
    2 (6 oz.) cans tomato paste
    1 can tomato soup
    1 to 2 cans tomatoes
    1/2 c. water
    1/2 c. brewed coffee
    1 tsp. salt
    1/4 Tbsp. pepper
    1/2 c. mushrooms
    1 tsp. oregano
    lasagna noodles
    2 c. cottage cheese
    1 lb. Mozzarella cheese
    1/2 c. grated Parmesan cheese
Preparation
    Saute until brown the oil, garlic, ground beef and onions. Drain fat.
    Add tomato paste, tomato soup, tomatoes, water, coffee, salt, pepper, mushrooms and oregano.
