Plum Cake(This Is A Surprise!) - cooking recipe

Ingredients

2 c. sugar
1 tsp. red food coloring
2 tsp. vanilla
2 c. flour
1/2 tsp. salt
1 tsp. ground cloves
3/4 c. oil
2 small jars plum baby food
3 eggs
1/2 tsp. soda
1 tsp. cinnamon
1 tsp. chopped pecans

Preparation

Mix sugar, oil, eggs, plums, food coloring and vanilla.
Add flour, soda, salt, cinnamon, cloves and pecans.
Mix well and pour into greased and floured Bundt pan.
Bake 1 hour at 350\u00b0.
Glaze cake while still warm
after removing from pan.
