Bluegill Parmesan - cooking recipe

1/4 c. butter, melted
1/2 c. dry bread crumbs
1/3 c. grated Parmesan cheese
2 Tbsp. minced fresh parsley
1 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. paprika
1/4 tsp. oregano
1/4 tsp. basil
1/4 tsp. pepper
1 lb. bluegill fillets
Preparation

Place butter in a shallow dish. In another dish, combine bread crumbs, Parmesan cheese and seasonings. Dip fillets in butter, then coat with crumb mixture. Bake at 350\u00b0 for 20 minutes, uncovered, or until fish flakes easily with a fork.
