Potato Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 lb. Red Bliss potatoes
    1 1/2 c. mayonnaise
    3 Tbsp. vinegar
    1 Tbsp. sugar
    1 medium onion
    salt and pepper to taste
Preparation
    Boil potatoes in their jackets until done.
    Peel while still hot; let cool.
    Slice in thin round slices.
    Mix in mayonnaise, vinegar and sugar.
    Grate onion and add with salt and pepper.
    Mix again.
    Chill thoroughly for 3 hours.
