Rhubarb Custard Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    pastry for shell
    2 egg yolks
    2 Tbsp. flour
    2 1/2 c. cut rhubarb
    1 c. sugar
    1 Tbsp. melted butter
    meringue
Preparation
    Place pastry in pie pan.
    Arrange rhubarb.
    Mix sugar with flour and add beaten egg yolks and butter.
    Spoon mixture over rhubarb.
    Bake in hot oven at 450\u00b0 for 12 minutes.
    Reduce heat to 350\u00b0 and continue baking for 25 minutes.
