Rhubarb Crumble - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 c. rhubarb, sliced
1 c. cubed, peeled apples
1/2 to 1 c. sliced strawberries
1/3 c. sugar
1/2 tsp. cinnamon
1/2 c. flour
1 tsp. baking powder
1/4 tsp. salt
4 Tbsp. oleo
2/3 c. brown sugar
2/3 c. quick oats
vanilla ice cream
Preparation

Combine rhubarb, apples and strawberries; spoon into a greased 8-inch square baking dish.
Combine sugar and cinnamon; sprinkle over fruit.
Set aside.
In a bowl, combine flour, baking powder and salt.
Cut in oleo until mixture resembles coarse crumbs. Stir in brown sugar and oats.
Sprinkle over rhubarb mixture. Bake at 350\u00b0 for 40 to 50 minutes, or until lightly browned. Serve cold or warm with a scoop of ice cream if desired.
