Smoky Salmon Appetizer Ball - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 (6 1/2 oz.) cans skinless, boneless salmon, drained
    1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese (room temperature)
    1 medium onion, grated
    1 tsp. pickle relish, drained
    1/2 tsp. liquid smoke
    1/2 tsp. lemon juice
    1/2 c. chopped walnuts
Preparation
    Combine the first 6 ingredients in a large bowl.
    Place mixture on plastic wrap and form into a ball.
    Cover and chill overnight.
    Several hours before serving, roll in chopped nuts. Chill until ready to serve.
