Italian Supper Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

6 lasagna noodles
1 lb. ground beef
1 package sloppy joe mix
1 lb. tomatoes canned
Preparation

Cook the lasagna noodles according to directions.
Drain rinse and separate.
brown the beef and sprinkle the mix over the meat.
Add tomatoes and blend well.
Whip the cream cheese. In a buttered 1 1/2 quart casserole.
Make 2 layers each of noodles, meat & dollops of cream cheese. Bake at 350 degree for 20 minutes or until bubbly.
Makes 6 servings.
