Chinese Goulash - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 lb. lean ground beef
1 onion, chopped
1 c. celery, cut in thick diagonal slices
1 can bean sprouts, rinsed and drained
1 can mushroom soup and/or 1 can cream of chicken soup (no water)
1 large can chow mein noodles
Preparation

Brown beef; drain fat.
Add onion and celery and continue cooking until tender, but not soft.
Add bean sprouts and soup. Heat thoroughly.
Add canned mushrooms if desired.
Serve over chow mein noodles.
